Prescription medicines
- Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, shown at the store, as required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules.
- Our pharmacist may refuse or substitute an item only as permitted by law and in your interest.
Orders
- Orders placed by call or WhatsApp are requests. Your order is confirmed only when the store confirms availability and timing.
- There is no online payment on this website. Payment is made at the store (cash, UPI or card) or as agreed for home delivery.
- Prices are not shown on this website. The price charged is the one at the store on the day of purchase, as per applicable rules.
- Home delivery is available locally at the store's discretion.

- Do not misuse the contact form or send false or misleading orders.
